SAP FI/CO Functional Consultant

The SAP FI/CO Functional Consultant will be responsible for providing AMS support and delivering enhancement projects within the SAP ecosystem. This role acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the stability, compliance, and continuous improvement of Finance and Controlling processes. Key Responsibilities Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for SAP FI and CO modules. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and process issues. Design, configure, test, and implement SAP enhancements through the project pipeline. Work closely with Finance, Controlling, Treasury, Tax, and Accounting teams to identify improvement opportunities. Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap assessments, and solution design workshops. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Coordinate testing activities, including unit tests, integration tests, and UAT. Prepare functional specifications and support technical developments. Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and audit requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams to ensure end-to-end process integration. Participate in service review meetings and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills Strong expertise in SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting). Strong expertise in SAP CO (Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis). Experience with AMS support models and SLA-driven environments. Knowledge of SAP integrations with MM, SD, PP, and WM/EWM. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications SAP S/4HANA experience. Pharmaceutical industry experience. Knowledge of Brazilian fiscal and accounting requirements. SAP certification is desirable.
